Yongquan Brand Model CXAS-1 stainless steel plate and frame filter press adopts 304 or 316L superior stainless steel materials for the manufacture. It is the first updating and upgrading product in China. It can only be produced by this factory with unique appearance design, novel internal structure, strong anti-corrosion performance, fine durability, long service life. Its function will be doubled after use. This product reaches the advanced international level. It can replace for the imported equipments. The sound when the machine runs is lower than 80Db(A). It is an ideal device for GMP and CGMP Attestation. It gains five state patents and national invention silver prize.
Characteristics:
1.High efficiency: double pipe input structure, protuberant point deign filter board highly increases the liquid working sectional area. Compared to similar machine, we can increase the filtrate efficiency doubly.
2. Very good sealing: All the parts are installed with silicone rubber, when work, there will be no leak.
3. Remove bacterial: when use middle-speed filter paper and tiny-hole filter film as filter medium, can remove bacterial well.
4. Easy to take-down: The whole machine structure is very easy to take-down, use snap ring to join, easy to clean and take-down.
5. Easy to adjust: According to different production technology of products requiments (first-filter, half extractive filter, extractive filter), you can adjust the frame, board and filter medium of the filter machine. Also you can increase or reduce the frame, board and filter medium according to the flow of the liquid.
6. Can filter high viscidity liquid.7. Meet the sanitation requirement: Use sanitation septum pressure gauge, septum ball valve, the whole machine meets the requirement of sanitation.
8. Prolong the use life of the filter materials: protuberant point deign filter board can help the filter materials (such as filter film, filter paper) not easy to break. This can prolong the use life of the filter materials well.

Work Principle: Royal Pharm
CXAS-1 stainless steel plate and frame filter press adopts 304 or 316L superior stainless steel materials for the manufacture, have novel internal structure, strong anti-corrosion performance, fine durability, long service life. The whole machine is a case and multi-layer structure. Use double pipes for input liquid, this can double the flow. The protuberant point deign filter board make the sectional area much bigger. Use silicone rubber to seal all the parts that need sealing, and make sure there is no leak. In the joint of the input pipe and pump use snap ring to join, good sealing and easy to take-down and clean. There is auto circumfluence pipe, which can exclude the impurities and rest liquid automatically.
