         This machine is designed with cassette module to meet the diverse needs of flute in the market.
         Negative -pressure type design helps core paper get pressure evenly and be close to the surface of corrugated roller to have perfect forming. Which is appropriate for both inner adsorption and cover adsorption structure.
         According to the different kinds of material papers and production speed, you could present many different glue gaps and they will easily and quickly up to the demanding gap automatically.
         When the production speed has been upped to high speed, the isolate glue width can be automatically supplemented and corrected to prevent from the gluing being spread out.
         The glue box which is far away from the heat source can avoid gelation.
         The glue plate designed with outflow type which can keep the surface of glue at the same height and never get the shortage of the glue.
         The PLC process control and man-machine interface help the operation more easy and convenient.
Produce Feature:
 
l  The design of corrugating rolls positioned under the pressure roll is considered as possible to lower the center of gravity to lower the noise and reduce the vibration while the machine is running.
l  That will help the production work more smoothly and stably. Besides, it also offers more safe, convenient and quick way to change rolls.
l  Quick change rolls in 15 minutes, while replacing the corrugating rolls, the whole complete set of corrugated rolls with cassette is delivered into the machine by the motorized carriage and matched with the air pump to be fixed on the base of the machine by hydraulic system.
l  Which just use severa push-button switches complete the replad task instead of tools.
l  All inlet & outlet of vapor for corrugated rollers are centralized in a junction plate and controlled by the air valve. The corrugated rollers should be preheating before replacement.
l  Thus after finished the replaced task, just turn on vapor via valve to start to produce immediately without wait.
l  The modified gluing system make both glue roller and doctor roller cover the whole glue-storage space.
l  Especially, the doctor roller is under the glue level totally that will let the glue quantity be distributed evenly.
l  Matching with the difference of both rollers' circumference tangent line that will keep the glue film to be stable on the surface of the glue roll. That will produce the flat sheet.
