1. Do you have products in stock?
We are a manufacturer specialized in custom products. Only few products have stock.
2. What do you need for quotation?
A: the design artwork, AI file or original samples
B: the size , thickness and material of products
C: the color of plating,PANTONE color number or domestic color number
D: quantity and especial requirements
3. Shipping way?
By DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT and by air for small quantity; large quantity are shipped by sea.
5. Payment terms?
By T/T or Western Union; 30% charge in advance for production, the balance payed before shipment.
4. What can you supply?
a. free artwork and design for your ordered item;
b.3-5 free samples for mass production approval after the mold charge is paid;
c. fast delivery 5-7days for sample ,mass production depends on ordered quantity;
d. 100% quality guarantee.
5. How can I have a sample?
For less value product with existing mold, you can have a free sample.
For new product, you need to pay for new mold
