Technical Description:

DZL series quick-installed steam boiler is a kind of horizontal,three returns, water-fire tube, chain grate boiler, using middle bituminous coal and anthracite,etc as fuel. The boiler with a single drum is placed horizontally.In the drum, we use threaded tubes to enlarge the heating surface. The drum and two-side water wall tubes compose radiation heating area.The celectric controller realizes the grate speed stepless change, the alarm system for the limit parameters and the interlock protection.
Advantages of DZL series water-fire tube steam boiler:

As adopting the threaded tubes and reasonable structure design, the boiler's actual output is generally more 10-15% than what the data plate says.Due to the exact tube size and reasonable fume speed,there is few ash and abrasion in the tubes.So the output is steady when the boiler works.

YY(Q)W horizontal oil(gas)-fuel boiler is a kind of forced circulation oil(gas)-fuel organic heat-carrier boiler. The heating surface of this series of boiler is compact. The heating surface consists of inner, (middle) outside disc tubes. The inner ones will be radiantly heated while the middle and the outside ones will form the convection heating surface. The fuel will be burnt in the combustor formed by the disc tubes. And the most heat will be absorbed by the radiant heating surface, then the air of high temperature will enter the convection heating surface to exchange heat. At last, the air and smoke of low temperature will be

Discharged directly to the atmosphere through the chimney.

Features:

1. The heat efficiency is high and the structure is special. The general heat efficiency can reach up to 90%.
