BF Series Bag Filter (BF Filter for short), with filter bags as the filter element, is capable of liquid precision filtration, it can remove the tiny impurities from liquid. Compared to cartridge filter, it has advantages of high flowrate, convenient operation and economical filter media consumption, especially capable of viscous liquid filtration. BF filter has a variety of high-performance filter bags developed by LIVIC, it can meet the most filtering requirements.
BF Filter is all designed referring to Steel Pressure Vessel standard, made of high quality pure stainless steel (304/316L) material, and fabricated according to strict quality standards. It is safe and reliable, has excellent corrosion resistance, good sealing, durable and well-made.
BF Filter can meet various filtration requirements, and are available in four styles: BFT Series single bag filter, over-the-top flowing-in design, absolute sealing, for high filtration rating applications at low flowrate; BFS Series single bag filter, side flowing-in design, for general filtration rating applications at low flowrate; BFR Series quick-opening multi-bag filter, only takes 30 seconds to open and close, for high flowrate and frequent bag replacment applications; BFM Series conventional multi-bag filter, for high flowrate and Non-Frequent bag replacement applications.
Working PrincipleProcess liquid enters filter housing from the inlet into the filter bag, particles larger than the filtration pore are blocked on the surface or inside the filter bag. Liquid pass across and goes to outlet. When the particles accumulated and increase the pressure drop to 0.05-0.1MPa, replace the clogged bag and continue filtering.
