Application:
Series JYWL horizontal-closed filtration device is completely closed type and stainless steel mesh filtering system, it is high efficiency, energy saving, closed operation, high-grade filtering precision and decolor, so it is widely applied in chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical and other industries for treating unqualified turbine oil, engine oil, lube oil. It can separate pigment, particles, wax, colloid, free carbon etc. effectively. Series JYWL adopts novel structure, the machine is mainly composed of seat system, mesh filtering system, seal system, discharging system. Manual operation, live Bolt locks seal. It realizes closed filtering operation, easy discharging residua, no environment pollution.

JYWL main parts and structure:
1. Filtration Main parts
This filtration system is mainly composed of filtering housing, Filter plate, movable opening system, seal-locked system. (See the Structure diagram)
I. Filtering housing
Filtering housing are composed of cylinder and end-cover with the live bolt system connecting, it is a closed filtering container. End-cover and cylinder use rectangular rubber seal between the flange sealing gaskets, In the filtering housing, there are filtering plate with liquid collection tube fitted, fixed-distance shaft, feeding distribution tube, rail orbit, baffle, etc. and cylinder or the head fitted installed inlet cup, outlet cup, spills, pressure gauges, safety valves, sewage and other orifices.
II. Filter plate
Filter plate is the main working parts. Filter plate is compose of multi-layer networks of different sizes of stainless steel, mesh plate central region is the filtrate flow channel, the external filter plate is rolling rectangular framework made by stainless steel plate as a collection of the filtering flow channel, the filtering mesh and rectangular framework form the filter plate, At the bottom of the framework, there is outlet cup, which connect to the filtering flow channel and seal by O seal rubber.
III. Cylinder Head, cylinder, opening and closing seal system
The filtration system is horizontal installed on the rack; there are four roller bearings in the slide rack beams. When release the bolt and push the cylinder, the system will open; when pull the cylinder and lock the bolt, the system will close.
Equipment installation and adjustment
When tranporting, pls keep machine's stabilization. Don't lean the machine and protect the machien from other objects. Pls take out the filter net before transportation.If the filtration machine has oscillator,pls take down and transport.
Before installation, the ground must be level, the machine and frame must be aplomb with ground, and screw down bolt. All device such as valves, watch lens, controller should be set the place whete is easy to operate and observe. Pipeline installation shoule avoid round to make corner. In that way, it can reduce the pressure loss of system and protect the assisting-filtering-material to be sediment. After finish installaton of pipeline, pls check whether there is leak. In order to operate the machine safely, pls install safe valve which open pressure is at 0.4MPA to overfall pipeline. In order to react the working situation of machine, pls install pressure garge at the inlet / outlet pipe. In order to avoid fluid refluence when filtering, pls add check valve at the pipe which is out of material.
When finish installation, the activity of open and close should be move free. There should not be appearance of block.
Choice of transfusion pump of filtration machine. The pump's capacity should be matched with machine. The fluctuating of flow should be small to protect filter to fall off, which will influence the clean degree of filtrate. And pls do not have the pump and impeller adhere to assisting-filtering-material. When there is dust in filtrate, pls choose discharge centrifuge pump. When tranporting high viscosity material such as colophony, pls choose gear pump or roundness rotor pump. The flow capacity of pump should be adjust by bypass valve.
