1. Product description
Laminated glass is made from two or three pieces of glass with a thin PVB film between each glass,
processed with high temperature and high pressure. It can be made from high grade float glass, plated glass, tempered glass and curved glass. It would not crash into fragments when
broken, since they are felt by the film. It would reduce the harm to people by the glass piece when the
glass was broken, since it's not easily penetrated.
Features
(1) Safety: if breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragements, which are not threatening to human.
(2) Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass
(3) 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
(4) It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220°C.
(5) Sizes are produced per customer request, once tempered, cannot be cut down
