Founded in 2005, DAWN TECHNOLOGIES (HK) is a manufacturer of high-quality PCBs. We specialize in low- to high-volume production of one- to 22-layer double-/single-sided PCBs and one- to six-layer flexible printed circuit boards (FPC) with LF-HAL, HAL, immersion Au/Ni, immersion tin, flash gold and Entek finishing. We also produce HDI boards. Our products are applied in automobiles, memory cards, motherboards, game consoles, telecom central office broadband equipment and other industrial products.
We have two factories covering a total of 67, 200 square meters. They house 1, 500 workers operating 100 production machines imported from Japan and the US. We also made strategic alliances to develop flex-rigid boards and metal core boards.
Our R&D consists of 50 staff with an average of eight years of experience; Some of them are from Huawei and ZTE. They can release over 20 new products per month as well as design samples according to customers' requirements in as fast as five days. In addition, we employ 25 QC personnel with an average of five years of experience and they utilize 10 imported QC machines. Because of our strictness, our products are compliant with CE standards and the RoHS Directive and we source our main materials from Taiwan and mainland China. In 2011, our quality was so good that the complaint rate among our 200-plus customers was within 0.5 percent.
We boast fast turnkey PCB/PCBA service, needing only 48 hours for sample orders and five to 12 days for mass production. Our main export markets are North America, Europe and South Asia. Services are handled by 20 export sales representatives with over three years of experience, including experienced export customs clearance staff. We can accept orders for as little as one piece.
