Detail of Rotary Drum Dryer :
Rotary dryer make the wet material in the moisture content within 50% in the uniform temperature rotary,use rotary rotate make the material dryer at the end of rotary extract by blower so that led to dryer at a time.This machine suitable for rice hulls, sawdust and shavings, branch,wood chips ect. pellet material after crusher(diameter within 3mm,length within 5mm).
One: Structure Features:
1. Adopt rotary rolling feeding method, uniform drying,small power.
2. Heat supply way is outside indirect heat supply,to prevent the temperature is too high,the raw material be on fire.
3. The rollers tail installation of special equipment,only the material get to dryer request will be extract by blower,ensure get to the dryer effect.
4. Discharge port install dust separator equipment,divorce the substance and hydrosphere,and reduce the dust in the working place.
Two: Install Adjustment:
5. After adjustment,switch on the blower,examine the blower direction and whether feeder suction is normal.
6. Bound the openings bags in the dust port of hopper.
7. Material need to use mechanical vibration screener,sieve large material,also can use artificial selection.It is advantage of dryer normal operation and machines lifetime.mechanical vibration screener in stock in the factory.
8. Mix the fuel light in the air stove,switch on the fan.when the exit temperature get to160ºC,begin to feeder,and drying.
9. Feeder can use machine feeder. Artificial feeder need control uniform during feeder, it is benefit of dryer normal operation.
Three: Attention:
1. Motor need good grounding,avoid Wounding by leakage 0 top 500mm
2. Big material prohibited to join in the hopper.
3. the feeder is impeded during feeder,examine fan blades,clear the sundries on that.
