1. Commercial Plywood -- Use for furniture, packaging, door, decorations...etc.
1) Face/back: Okoume, meranti, poplar, birch, pine, oak, ...etc;
2) Core: Poplar/ pine / hardwood/ combi(poplar and hardwood etc);
3) Size: 1220 x 2440mm/1250 x 2500mm/1500x3000mm; 1525mmx3050mm
4) Thickness: 2.2mm to 32mm
5) Glue: WBP / MR / E2 / E1;
6) Grade: A/A, B/BB, BB/CC, CP/CP etc
2. Film faced plywood -- Widely Used for concrete formwork operations
Anti-slip film faced plywood----Use for container flooring, wash room flooring...etc.
1) Face: Black film, Dynea brown film, Yellow film or anti-slide film;
2) Core: Poplar /pine / birch / (poplar and hardwood )combine;
3) Glue: WBP or MR, E1 glue
4) Standard Size: 1220 x 2440mm
Specially Size: 1250 x 2500mm, 750x1500mm, 1200X2400mm, 1200X800mm, 1300x2700mm, 1500x3000mm; 1525mmx3050mm/2230mm
5) Thickness: 8mm--32mm.
6) Film: 120G/M2 for brown film, 170G/M2 for yellow film and 120G/M2 for black film.
7) Anti-slide one face or two face. Yellow film one face or two face.
3. Marine /Okoume plywood
-- Used for scaffold, construction, packing, furniture or as a replacement of real wood and concrete poles, etc.
Face /back: Okoume
Core: Full poplar core, or full pine core, or as requested.
Glue: MR glue / WBP glue, or other,
Thickness: 2.2mm to 32mm;
Grade: A/BB/B/BC grade.
Size: 1220*2440/1250*2500 or 1525mmx2230mm/3050mm or other.
