According to our strategic 5 years plan and before 2015, Huanlian group will complete a 3.8 billion Yuan investment to introduce stirene-butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber and caprolactam projects, and plan to finish construction of all production areas with 1.33 million square meters and real estate product with 400, 000 aquare meters in Dongying Port in 2015. Its port storage and investment company will be also put into operation at that time. In 2013, another new factory--Shandong Havstyear Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. Was established, which covers radial tires, carbon black and biological rubber. The company has passed ISO9001, TS16949 Quality Management system certification, and the product achieved national mandatory CCC certified, U. S. DOT, European E-MARK, Middle East GCC, Nigeria SONCAP, Brazil INMETROR etc.
