Product Description

NIBBE guarantees the quality of LED explosion proof light models EPL01 A and EPL03 A for limit of THREE YEARS, which should start from the date of the shipping.
The lights are explosion proof and that they are suitable for America standard and electric system.
During the guarantee period, if there happens any abnormal quality problem, the buyer shall supply the documents, such as photo, video on the quality problem to the seller and clarify the problem to the seller. If the problem cannot be solved at the buyer's side, when necessary, with the agreement of the seller, the buyer can send back the lamp to seller for repairing or change freely.
The exchanged goods should be the same model and specification. If the same model is out of production, the exchanged product should be no worse than the former one.
The buyer shall follow the instruction manual and local law for storage, installation and maintenance. The installation shall be done by professional properly. The product cannot be used in the environment beyond the design of the product in any situation.
If the problem is caused by improper operation or force majeure, it will be out of after sale service immediately.
The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does it cover damaged caused by misuse, abuse, un-authorised modification, improper storage conditions,
The 3-yr warranty shall not cover the following cases:
1 Damage due to mishandling or abuse of the product.
2 Not use a voltage regulated power supply to connect LEDs products or controls.
3 Connecting LEDs to the wrong Output Voltage.
4 Force majeure. For example: Hail, flooding, tornado, fire. Damage from Lighting or Electrical Storms
5 Products or electronic components that have been modified by the user
6 Products used for purposes other than intended and directed.
7 Any other reasons that cause the improper operation and work of the lamp.
