Scope of application:
To process sanding on panel furniture, flush door, cabinet side board, flooring, craftwork panel, decorative panel, glass magnesium board, cement-fibre board, also can process precise sanding on veneer or triamine board. 
Machine structure:
1. Machine adopt fixed working table and digital mini computer controlled lifting sanding rack, processing more accurate, convenient and easy.
2. Machine body adopt thick steel wedding, heavy body which makes the machine run more stably. Lifting work table adopts four posts synchronized lifting frame to eliminate tolerance and increase precision.
Sanding rack structure:
1. Sanding roller adopts dia 300mm rubber roller, precise thicken and narrow grooves. Rubber rollers adopt 20-40 degrees nature wearable rubber which is more stretchy and stable.
2. Sanding roller adopts eccentricity structure, adjusted by worn and rods to make sure the sanding can be more accurate and sanding surface quality.
3. Integrated design of sanding roller and belt, and with Japan imported spindle inside, so that it eliminate the vibration when sanding roller runs in high speed to eliminate stripe and increase sanding quality.
4. Machine adopts USA 3M polished wheel which would the marks after precise sanding and would get high gloss smooth effect after sanding.
Feeding structure:
1. Conveyor belt adopts Italy imported diamond shape high elasticity belt, can better control the sanding quality. Conveyor with centring device avoiding off-centering
2. Fixed feeding table to be sure of the stability when feeding workpiece. Can avoid from damaging the sanding belt when sanding thick workpiece. It is a good choice for sanding base paint equipment for the painting line.
Workpiece pressing system:
1. Tower type double roller structure provides strong pressure to make sure the stability when processing sanding on workpiece, as well as flatting and sanding on distortion or uneven or 200mm length piece.
Sanding belt system:
1. Performance stability, the sensor can detect the sanding belt running orbit.
2. Sanding belt install using screwing bolt which is easier for dismounting and adjusting. Machine can not run when the sanding belt is not in the middle, the mini computer will show the problem on the screen and the machine can run again after adjusting to the right position.
3. Sanding belt equips with compressing air cooling unit to clean and cool down the sanding belt and increase the sanding quality and the using life. Adjustable running speed can suit for different kinds of paint.
Machine safety:
1. Machine controlled by PCL system, with error display function, the system will control the machine operation when improper operation or machine breaks down to make sure the safety of the operator, workpiece and the equipment.
2. Control system auto protection scope: feeding limitation, sanding belt deflection, sanding belt disconnecting, door opening protection, low air supply, power failure protection and workpiece rebound protection, etc.
