2-Butanone Oxime ( or Ethyl methyl ketone oxime) is colorless or yellowish clear liquid with melting point at -29.5, boiling point at 152.2~153.3, prone to complexation with metal ions, volatile in the air, able to react with sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, resulting in the release of methyl ethyl ketone.
Main Applications
Used for crust forming proof agent of oxidation drying coatings, viscosity stabilizer of oxidation drying adhesive, sealant of isocyanate and cross linker of organic silicon. Dosage: 0.1-0.5% of total weight of coatings, and the actual dosage is subject to coating formula and experimental effect.
