2-Dimension Polyester Staple Fiber

There are many series available, such as multihole, no-silicon or silicone finish, Polyester Staple Fibre is available in different Deniers with different cut-lengths. It is mainly available in 1.2D, 1.4D, 1.5D, 3D, 6D, 7D, 15D and cut lengths like 32mm, 38mm, 44mm, 51mm, 64mm.
Features: Due to the adoption of special manufacturing technique, this staple fiber is produced with proper crimp, high elongation, low dry heat shrinkage, and zero defects.
This fiber has high strength and break elongation, strong fiber entanglement capacity, --an obvious improvement in fiber entanglement capacity during the production of felt base fabric as well as in its tensile and tear strength.
