Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate hydroxyalkyl ester monomer bestows important properties on polymer products including hydrophilicity, improved adhesion to substrates, and crosslinking sites.Concretely for thermosetting, photofixation AA paint; sensitive paint; water soluble galvanic paint; adhesives, textile treatment agent, water stabilizing agent, and paper making and polymer modified agent.
Hydroxyesters are recommended to be used for heat or ambient cured, thermoset coatings with permanent marring and solvent resistance.
Hydroxyesters are also suitable for adhesion promoters in reactive resins for bonding of metal surfaces
