Product Description
CNG Pressure Reducing Valve test equipments involve Model SPT05-40-AL are specialized test rigs for pressure and flow tests upon CNG vehicle reducing valves.They feature compact and rugged construction.
They use the compressed air ranges from 0.3 to 0.8MPa as the power source and the air driven gas boosters as the booster system and the whole system is provided with test pressures up to 32Mpa.
They are available for multifunctional tests on leakage,pressure reducing stability,safety as well as outlet flowrate performances. The test bench can be fitted with flowmeter with digital Led display or connected to PC for curves printout.
To operate this system, two gas boosters which pressure ratio of 40:1 with air reservoir and all accessories have to be connected.
They are capable of ultimate output pressure by means of the manual pressure regulator valve.
