Mainly for rubber warming, plasticating, mixing, and sheeting.Features:
1. Rollers: made of alloy chilled cast iron, four kinds of construction, cored, smooth, periphery drilled, and grooved
2. Reducer: with hard-tooth gears. Noise is low, and using life is long.
3. Bush: three types, nylon, copper, and roller bearing
4. Nip adjustment: two types, manual and electric
5. Lubrication of roll: two types, oil lubrication and grease lubrication
6. Emergency stop device: with emergency button and lever, to ensure the safety of operator and equipment.
