2015 China Made TFQ30-50 Multifunctional Hammer Mill
1. Working principle of multifunctional hammer mill
The hammer mill consists of delivery device, hammers, screen, rod and rotor on which hammers are mounted. The hammers swing on the central rotor freely. The rotor spins at a high speed while material is sent into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammers and is thereby grinded and then discharged through screens in a selected size.
2. Characters of multifunctional hammer mill
The feeding structure can be equipped according to your needs. And the feeding quantity can be automatically controlled.
The grinding chamber adopts twice strike technology.
The feeder is equipped with automatic deironing device.
The interlaced drain hole screen is adopted to ensure smooth discharging.
It is suitable for crushing corn, wheat, bean etc. Pellet feed, also the wood chips to sawdust 2mm-6mm...
