Introduction:
AC mould is important equipment in aac Production Line. We will use the aac mould for casting and curing slurry for your aac production line. Then the block with be cutted by aac cutting machine,when they reached the standard strength. In the third stage of aac production line ,we need use mold/mould and side plate,for the aac block casting and maintenance.
Application of AAC Block Moulds
1.Material slurry can be held in the combining of the mould and the side plates,After settling,curing and foaming,it can be solidified in to blank,The side plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery,and fed into the autoclave to be hardened together with the hardening car.
2.The hardening car is a carrier to carry the side plates and the blank to enternd leave the autoclave.
After-sales:
1. Technical engineer will be sent to scene for instruction, installation and test run.
2. On-spot training for customer operator after installation and debug.
3. Irregular return visit to customer after normal production begins.
