Product Description
Three Phase IC Card Energy Meter is developed on the base of excellent single-phase electronic watt-hour meter. It is a new type of IC card pre-paid meter, which has such function as power metering, load control and customer information management. It is an ideal product when reforming electric-use system, achieving electrical energy to commercialize, setting charge and adjusting load stage in the electric network. AII the indexes comply with the technological specifications aiming to the single-phase electronic pre-paid watt-hour meter in the standard of GB/T 17215.321-2008 Class1and 2 Static A. C Active Watt-hour Meter and GB/T 18460-2001.
Function and Features
- Measure three-phase active electric energy, do not need calibrate for long-term operation.
- Three-phase power supply can assure accurate metering in case of cut off in one line (each line of the three-phase & three-wire) or two wires (any two wires of the three-phase & four-wire);
-Indicative function for phase loss or voltage indication;
- Each meter responds to a card, well protection from forgery;
- Once the remaining electric power quality is approaching the alarming power quality, the digital tube should be lighted t remind user of timely purchasing;
- Once the electric consumption available is out, it should be auto cut-off;
- Auto cut-off for overload and convenient for electric department actualize add the capability;
- The relay has feature of high power and low consumption;
- Date-copying function make the electricity department easier to manage;
- The IC card power selling control system has the function as power selling and using control;
- Each of four periods has different rates (point period, peak period, smooth period and trough period). Every period of time can be programmed into 10 periods of time and the minimum time interval is one minute;
- The watt-hour meter displays the electric quantity via digital-tube, there are six digits in total, five digits are integration, and one digit is decimal. There are six digits are integration and two digits are decimal in the interior of the meter, so, it will be displayed 8 digits when copying to the hand computer and 485;
- AII the data were protected from the password and the hardware;
- Read the data directly via LED;
- The meter has a reliable clock, the life of the clock is as long as the battery when the low backup current (Iess than 0.5μ A).

Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
Management: We have a high efficiency, innovative, serious management team, and the factory has already passed ISO9001-2008 QMS.
