2016 NEW prodcuts planer thicknesser factory woodworking machinery (HJD-MB2045B)
1. Auto grease device keeps the machine always lubricated working,
2. The proximity sensor for thickness display is used to control the motor stop by inspecting rotation circles of motor to ensure adjustment of precision,
3. The products is provided with imported digital device, which can be operated directly to processing thickness from operating panel with the accuracy up to 0.05mm, besides, upper and lower planning motor is provided with current meter for visual observing if it is overloaded while working,
4. With good shock absorption, stability of iron casting lathe and CNC machining center it can process all materials once provide a good basis for knife spindle and feeding.
5. The main spindle is processed specially and the other imported spindles with high precision can well support the whole machine.
6. With elastic pedrail scratcher(optional in lift functions), the pressed distance of the elastic scratchers can be chosen according to the thickness and bending degree of the wood so as to increase the marching accuracy and strengthen the feeding power.
