1.Intelligent XLPE Cable
Integrated intelligent high voltage XLPE cable can online monitor the operation parameters during the operation of high voltage cable. It can online real-time monitor cable actual operation temperature and then realize online temperature measurement and control, online fault location and improve the operation load of cable system. Besides, it also can accomplish online monitoring of partial discharge, current carrying capacity and outer sheath condition. It can provide important specification judging evidence for cable safety operation and more load operation, ensure the cable safety operation, extend cable service life, develop the cable transmission capability to the deepest extent, reduce the operation cost, meet the requirement of customers' safety and economy, and then decrease the replace frequency, reach energy saving and consumption reducing, increase utilization of transmission energy, achieve the best effect of transmission performance of XLPE cable, and have great economic benefit and social benefit.

b. Optical Fiber Continuity Test: Measured length accords with actual length, i.e. optical fiber is continuity;
c.Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement Test:Optical fiber temperature-sensing difference shall be within ±1ºC;
d. Partial Discharge Test: No detectable discharge exceeding to the declared sensitivity (5 pC or better) at 1.5 U0;
e. Power Frequency Voltage Test: No breakdown of the insulation at 2.5U0for 30min;
f. Voltage Test of Non-Metal Sheath: No breakdown of the outer sheath at DC voltage 25kV for 1min;
g. This product is capable of current carrying capacity monitoring, partial discharge measurement location and outer sheath condition analysis all through online system.
5.Advanced Manufacturing Equipment
Our company owns 186 sets of cable & wire producing facilities imported from France, Finland, Germany, Japan, USA, Austria etc., among which there are 220kV, 500kV and 750kV EHV XLPE power cable production line from Germany and Finland, frame stranders from CEECO, Canada, reel stranders from SKET, Germany, double-layer sheath plastic extruder from TROESTER, Germany, aluminum sheath extruder from UK.
6.Advanced Testing Equipment
The company introduced the world's advanced level wire & cable production and testing equipment, such as 750kV series resonant system, partial discharge tester and 2800kV impulse test device from HAEFELY Co., Switzerland, and established 750kV and below HV test shield hall which are advanced both home and abroad, equipped with HV SCHERING bridge, DV-6E spectrum analyzer, online micro pore impurity tester, torque rheometer, etc., which meets the requirements of 500kV and below XLPE cables or large cross-sectional overhead conductors' design, manufacture and test.
Center test room is consist of physical and chemical test room, combustion test room & measuring room, and covers an area of 1,500 sq.m., equipped with 101 various kinds of first class inspection equipments, among them the torque rheometer, low temperature test chamber manufactured in Germany, crystalline phase analyzer manufactured in America and HV Schering Bridge manufactured in Switzerland are all the word class.
