1. Static Load - Anti-Static
2. Thickness Swell - Resist increase in thickness (<=18%), after being exposed to water.
3. Light Resistance - Its color retain when exposed to a light source having a frequency range approximating sunlight through window glass.
4. Clean ability and Stain Resistance - Clean ability and stain resistance to common household substances.
5. Water Resistance - Waterproof can be done with wax.
6. Dimension Tolerance - There is no dimensional variance between tiles of laminate flooring in a manufactured free standing (unrestricted) shape in respect to thickness, length, width, straightness and squareness.
7. Surface Bond - The force required to delaminate or split away the surface of laminate flooring plank need very large.
