1.Brief Introduction of Tempered GlassTempered glass is float glass which is subjected to high temperatures then "snap cooled". Snap cooling results in the glass retaining high compressive stresses while the centre of the glass retains tension. Cooled rapidly to increase its force or pressure on its surface, its physically strength is times of normal float glass.Tempered glass is 4.5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness. And it also has stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed glass. If breakage occurs, the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.

Broken tempered glass particle is of honeycomb shape with obtuse angles which won't cause severe hurt to human body.2) High IntensityCompared with float glass of the same thickness, impact strength of tempered glass is higher by 3-5 times.
