Product Description
It is white or light yellow crystalline powder at room temperature. It can easily dissolve in organic solvents such as alcohols, esters, acetones, alkanes and aromatics (e. G. Ethanol, butyl acetate, acetone, gasoline, xylene, etc. ), and slightly in hot water. Its color gradually darkens when exposed to air for a long time.
It has no odor or little odor of residue solvents at room temperature and shows good chemical stability. It can form lumps during storage and transportation if not further remove volatile products from it, but its performance in use will not be affected after the lumps are broken. It is an important hindered-phenol antioxidant, generally used as intermediate of macromolecular hindered-phenol antioxidants such as antioxidant 1010, 1076, etc.
