Full Automatic 3-IN-1 Design Liquid Filling Machine
Application
The function of washing, filling and capping in one unit, whole process is automatic, it is used for filling carbonated drink, such as cocacola, Pepsi-cola, sprite and other carbonated drink, it is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. Main components are processed precisely by CNC machine tool. The machine adopts advanced photoelectric to detect running status. No bottle to filling, it is possible to realize man-machine conversation because of applying touch screen for operation main performance.
Feature
1. Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape is n' t changed because of adsopting handing clamping bottleneck fashion.
2. Adopting clamping bottleneck fashion to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck fashion in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to adjust the board related with ottle diameter.
3. Filling use the structure of cylinder feeding, adopting advanced valve which is high filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.
4. The capping system applies advanced French technology when clamp the cap will screw immediately and magnetic torque type capping head.
5. The PLC and transducer are chosed from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.
