Detailed structure about the W11S-50X3200 up-roller universal rolling machine
1. General Description:
This machine is three roller rolling machine, used for rolling the steel panel be round.
Upper can vertical and leveling moving.
Pre-bending be adjusted by upper roller. It realizing this action by adjust upper roller be Asymmetric position with downside roller
Rolling by motor and retarder driving two downside rollers
Because downside roller height is fixed, so it easy feeding and operating.
2. Machine Structure
2.1 upper roller unit
Upper roller unit composed by main oil tank, bearing seat, upper roller, Two-out-aligning bearings, etc. Two main oil tank give the pressure when rolling, working pressure of main oil tank: 19.5Mpa
Material of upper roller 42GrMo, Conditioning hardness HB260-300, surface IF quenching HRC47-52.
2.2 downside roller and leveling movement device
Downside roller composed by downside roller, bearing seat, enter gear, sliding bearing.
Main Transmission of downside roller supply power, opening transfer the torque to downside roller by main driving output gear, downside enter gear.
Material of downside roller 45#, Conditioning hardness HB260-300, surface IF quenching HRC47-52.
Leveling moving device composed by leveling moving motor, worm gear box, worm, etc.
Leveling moving device get the power from leveling moving motor, Asymmetric rolling panels by worm box, worm, screw mandrel, screw mandrel nut drive upper roller leveling move.
2.3 Support Roller Unit
Support roller unit composed by screw mandrel, screw mandrel nut unit, Oblique wedge, support roller etc...
Support roller can be fluctuate adjust according to rolling panel's loading difference.
2.4. Main Driving Unit
Main driving unit composed by main motor, triangle strap, column gear retarder, electric, hydraulic handspike detent, etc...
Main driving unit can positive and negative turn to support power for rolling the panels.
2.5 Overturn Device
Overturn device composed by RAM, overturn oil tank, etc.
The overturn of overturn device is service for take out the products.
2.6 Fix, Overturn Side Frame, Chassis.
Fix, overturn side frame, chassis is welding steel panels, after welding, it be anneal to reduce stess, shot blast.
3. Hydraulic System
Hydraulic system is composed by gear pump, valves, assistant pipelines, etc. Hydraulic valve adopted YUKEN Sandwich plate valve, simple pipeline, easy maintenance and testing.
System composed by three type of circuit: Pressure adjusting circuit, synchronizing circuit, speed circuit.
Pressure adjusting circuita adjust system working pressure by main bleed valve. System working pressure: 19.5Mpa.
Synchronizing circuit make the upper roller up and down be dividing synchronization by
Flow divider valve and throttle valve, throttle valve adjust up and down; Displacement sensor inspect, upper roller synchronous position precision± 0.20 mm.
Speed circuit control the side overturn frame overturn and reposition, adjusting the speed by throttle valve.
4. Electronic System
Electric control system is composed by electric cabinet, manual button box. Power source 380V/50Hz. Main switch have short circuit protection and over loading protection. The running and reversion of the motor is controlled by AC Contactor; The control of circuitry by PLC controller and touch screen— Human-Machine Interface system, easy and convenient, upper roller can be set running automatically, high autoimmunization, less relay, action reliable, long life. All the control buttons and lamps on the control cabinet to control the whole machine's operation and working.
