This machine is mainly composed of Headbox, fourdriner wire, MG dry section , calender, drive section and reeling end etc.
The papermaking process is as follows: the paper pulp through the square taper duct into Headbox, in the fourdriner section forming and preliminary hydro-extraction. Move the wet paper adsorption in felt with the vacuum suction. Through the first double-felt groove pressed, with the felt into between the first Dryer and touch roller, close to the cylinder surface drying, crinkle. Finally through the reel machine to batching.
