Thank you for choosing this digital pedometer, This digital pedometer features with 2-line display that can show time, step and all information related ( calories / distance / target goal ) to exercise simultaneously. It also has memory function that can store and show the data up to seven days. To get the most out of your purchase, be sure to carefully read this manual and keep it on hand for later reference when necessary.

3//SETTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Operator mode:
1. [ Count step interface ]:
1) Press [ MODE/SET ] to the mode: Step counter -distance calories- exercise time
2) Press [ MODE/SET ] and hold 2 seconds, enter to set 12/24 Hr-hour-minute-Meltric-imperial-weight-stride-reminder of target steps.
3) Press [ UP/DOWN ] to increase of reduce the data, press and hold on to adjust fast. Automatic logout SET mode after 60 seconds without any operation.
4) The default initial value of weight: 60kg(130LB)
The default initial value of stride 60cm.
5) Press UP and hold 2seconds, the LCD displays "CLR" Press UP again to clear up exsting the day's data. Press MODE/SET to cancel the operation.
6) Target steps is day's target steps, the display of percent on the left of LCD is the percent that day's steps and target steps.
7) When steps meet with target steps, the percent is 100% the precent flash 30 seconds at the same time. Pressing any button to stop.
8) Intelligent counting step: Continuous movement with 7 seconds, then is start to count step and the total step include the steps walking during the 7 seconds.
If uncotinuous movement with 7 second, the steps will be intelligent filter.
9) Auto clear up all the data when AM12: 00 up and store all the data to the memories.
