1.  Stationary scissor lifts Introduce
 
Installed indoor or outdoor of warehouses, plants, ports or other buildings, the scissor
lifts are used to convey different weights goods from one level to another. The lifts are
operated by hydraulic&electric system with the support of scissor structure and hydraulic cylinder

5. Stationary scissor lifts two different status
  1) When closed: if in the pit, it will be inside the ground, and make a level with the ground.
  2) When lifting: the structure will be fully opened and lifting the goods up to a level.  


6. Packing:
  The scissor lift will be a whole equipment when finished production. It is firstly packed by films, then be packed into plywood cases. 



7. Installation:
  Can be installed in pit or without pit. If you don't have pit, it can be directly installed
onto the concreted ground, and we will make a ramp for easy operation.  


8. Safety Precaution: 

1) Explosion-proof valves: protect hydraulic pipe, anti-hydraulic pipe rupture.  
2) Spillover valve: It can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up. Adjust the pressure.  
3) Emergency decline valve: it can go down when you meet an emergency or the power off.  
4) Anti-dropping device: Prevent goods falling from platform.  



9. Morn service: 

1) Installation drawing and manual will be provided after the order.
2) All the machines will be full tested before shipment.
3) The total machine guarantee is 12 moths.
