Product Description

Tempered glass is a kind of safety glass. It is made by heating float glass to its softening point (above 600ºC) and then rapidly quenched by directing jets of cold air onto its surface evenly .As the temperature of the surfaces will drop the quicker than the core ,the surfaces are placed in a constant state of compression .Tempered glass is 4 to 5 times mechanically stronger than annealed glass  and is approximately 3 times as resistant to thermal shocks as annealed glass .If tempered glass breaks ,it shatters into small and comparatively harmless pieces ,it is unlikely to cause serious injuries.
We introduce two advanced and fully computerized tempering furnaces and our products are complied with the national  and international standards .To eliminate the spontaneous fracture of tempered glass ,we provide heat soak test to ensure the safety to tempered glass where required.
