400kv Power Transmission Line Steel Tower
400KV OHL steel tower refer to a lattice steel structure used in overhead electric power transmission and distribution to transmit 400KV circuit electrical energy along large distances. It consists of one or more conductor (most often three or four) suspended by towers or utility poles.
Since most of the insulations is provided by air, overhead power lines are generally the lowest-cost method of power transmission for large quantities of electric energy. Towers for support of the lines are made of wood (as-grown or laminated), steel (either lattice structures or tubular poles), concrete, aluminum, and occasionally reinforced plastics.Boxiang mainly produces, designs and installs galvanized steel tower, and provide service on site for 400KV overhead transmission line.
400KV power transmission line belongs to high voltage grade, used for sub-transmission and transmission of bulk quantities of electric power and connection to very large consumers. Our 400KV overhead transmission line steel tower including many types, such as lattice angular tower, tubular tower, monopole, or guyed towers and mast.
Boxiang had professional QA &QC team to control quality and execute strict QC & QC plan as per client requirements.
Boxiang is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of 400KV overhead transmission line steel tower. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.
After fabrication all 400KV overhead transmission line steel tower are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Details of Galvanizing:
1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution
3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.
4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.
5. Drying on hot plate.
6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.
7. Quenching in water.
8. Dichromating.Thickness< 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 460G/M² (65um)
Thickness> 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 610G/M² (86um)
All our galvanizing zinc thickness is strictly tested before delivery in view of its importance.Boxiang's 400KV overhead transmission line steel tower systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm. We also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounts. Besides conform to the drawing and design, the materials and fabrication of tower components shall conform to the following standards (Chinese Standard or other standard): Other Terms
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF. The price includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm and anchor part.
Shipping seaport: Qingdao Port. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.
2. MOQ: 1 SETS
3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
4. Package: Plastic paper or according to clients requirement.
5. Delivery: for 30 sets, goods can be ready for shipment within 20 workdays after receiving deposit.
6. Parts Design Service Period: 20 years.
7. Availability size: Based on the customer's requirements.
