Wuhan san zhao mould steel co, Ltd. located in optical valley international enterprise center, wuhan east lake development zone, is registered in wuhan and has the legal personnality. Our firm mainly deals with the domestic and foreign trade of mould steel.

We have three subsidiary companies to munufactured kinds of mould steel. We possess some melting machines: Mf furnaces, refining furnaces, vacuum degassing furnace and electro slag furnace. We alse possess some steel processing devices including hydraulic forging hammers and hydralic forging machines. Our complementary production machines including continuous heating furnace, bottom heating furnace, chamber furnace, annealing furnaces and finishing facilities. Processing machines include electric grinding wheel peeling machines. Eletric band saws, milling machines and lathes. We also have some other detecing machines for advanced chemical analysis and physical property annlysis. The total assets are more than 120 million yuan. Our firm can produce one hundred kinds of products, inculding cold work tool steel, hot work tool steel, plastic mould steel and alloy steel. The annual capacity is 30, 000 tons of mould steel, 20, 000 tons of forging materials and 10, 000 tons of formed forging.

We have 520 people and more than 80 members with college diplomas or above. Their majors are melt, rollong processing, metallurgical analysis, heat treatment, mechanical applicances, finance and business management. The recruited staff members are from daye special steel co, Ltd. which is Chinese special steel base. We work closely with universities in wuhan on technical cooperation in areas of production, learning and research&development to enhance new product development capability and market competitiveness.
