Product Description
Features of the push-pull draught fan:
1.Centrifugal System. Special shutter pushing device which could open and close shutter automatically.
2.Stainless Blade. Punch forming stainless steel blades, no breaking, elegant appearance and durability.
3.Flame. Galvanized or aluminum outer frame, dustproof,waterproof,rustproof, beautiful appearance.
4.Motor. High efficient and energy-saving motor with National CCC Certification. Protection grade: IP55; Insulation grade: Grade F.
5.Open System. 100% raw material injection production of strong toughness nylon to achieve high strength and long service life. The steel parts embedded in guide rod are installed on flange, which improves the workability and avoids the telescopic variation of nylon during production.
6.Test. Calibrated by high-accuracy dynamic balance tester, ensure the stable operation of the fan, reduce noise, and extend service life.
7.Belt Pulley. The V-type belt pulley is cast with high intensity aluminum-magnesium alloy, with light weight and high strength.
8.Belt. We could manufacture Type A or Type B belt upon sales situation of dealers, and meet demands of different customers efficiently.
9.Handler. Special recessed transportation handler design, convenient for loading/unloading and transportation, meanwhile, it will not influence the installation and visual appearance of the fan.
10.CAD/CAM design. Adopt CAD/CAM design, low investment cost, low consumption, high efficiency.
