1). The shutters open and close automatically when the fan starts up and stops running, avoiding outside dust entering the room.
2). Frame: Extra hick galvanized steel sheet, one-off molded, high strength, anti-corrosive and durable.
3). Belt tensioner: Made of high quality aluminum magnesium alloy, avoiding belt loosening or dropping off, extending service life of belt and avoiding distortion.
4). Shutter: Made of high strength galvanizde steel sheet, flexible operation, dustproof and waterproof.
5). Strict test criterion: Consist of airflow test, noise test, libration test, drive concentric test, blade RPM test, whole machine efficiency test, dynamic balance test, the thickness of the galvanized sheet tes, the size of the spare parts test, etc.
6). Blades: 6 pieces of mirror designed Stainless Steel Blades, one-off molded, not easy to rust and no distortion and broken. And the angle of the blades is patented designed. All the JLF exhaust fan's blades will pass the homeostasis test to ensure the air volume keeping the same as the very beginning during the operational life span.
