Production Procedure
The transmission towers are manufactured in complete knocked-down condition following the procedures as per our quality assurance plan. The general of production procedure is briefly describled as Fabrication and Galvanizing.
1.Process of fabrication comprises of cutting, satmping, strengthening, punching, notching, bending and heel grinding.
Then the products are ready for galvanizing which is one of critical process in all production.
2.Galvanization Procedure
1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution
3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.
4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.
5. Drying on hot plate.
6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.
7. Quenching in water.
8. Dichromating.
Thickness< 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 460G/M² (65um)
Thickness> 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 610G/M² (86um)
All our galvanizing zinc thickness is strictly tested before delivery in view of its importance.
Trial Assembly
After Fabrication and Galvanization, the next procedure is Trial Assemly, we do a trial assemly for each type tower so that when customers install towers on the spot, the towers can be installed accurately without any mistakes.
