Composition and characteristic:
1. Manipulator training device consists of base stand, rotate base stand, pneumatic portion, three-dimensional (X, Y, Z) movement machinery and electrical control. The pneumatic portion consists of solenoid valve and cylinder. Three-dimensional movement machinery is a modularization structure which combines the ball screw transmission and gear transmission. It is used for realizing the location function.
2. Electrical control portion consists of controller, stepping motor driver, power supply and sensor, etc.
3. According to the signal acquisition of sensor, PLC programming, it can realize the complicated position control, sequential logic control and switch control and other function of stepping motor, DC motor, solenoid valve.
4. It can realize the experiment teaching of PLC main machine network and MCGS industrial control configuration bar graph dynamic tracking.
