In this 60-80 TPH capacity artificial sand making plant process, the burst stone was busted from the mountain, it can be transported by the dump truck to the ZSW150 vibrating feeder, which particle size is less than 500mm. The vibrating feeder can feed the stone to the PE600*900 jaw crusher evenly; It can crush the stone primarily. Then the stone's particle size becomes 55-150mm, and conveyed by the vibratory feeders to the PYB1200 spring cone crusher. The stone can be crushed secondly to 20-50mm, and the 2YK2160 circular vibrating screen can grade and screen the crushed materials as the customer required. The materials larger than the required particle size need to return to the cone crusher and crushed once again. The finished product can be conveyed by the belt conveyor to the warehouse.
If the clients has higher requirement of the final product particle, PCX1000 sand making machine can be added to reshaping the final products particle. Although the complete 20t/h Mechanism sand production line cost is increased, it will have higher selling price, even higher economic benefit s, which is suitable for long time business.
Attention: If the feeding granularity is smaller than 500mm, it can be crushed by the PY series spring cone crusher directly, and avoid the primary stage crushing.
