DESCRIBTION
1. Cast iron Lathe bed, cast aluminum Longmen structure and working table.
2.3-axis (XYZ) are use 86BYG-450A step motor (Jiang su Changzhou) and 3-axis is dust-proof.
3. X, Yaxis use cylinder guideway ball screw(2510) transmission, Z-axis ball screw is 1605
4. Exchange transformer(AC 30V 300W) power supply, driver are Leadshine M542-05.
5. China 3.2KW water cooling motor spindle and 3.2KW surfar frequency transformer.
6.3-axis motor line is CNC High soft lines (4*0.75), spindle line is Shielding high soft line (3*1.5)
7. The processing precision is 0.03-0.05mm.
8. Design software is CopperCAM or Protel99, Control system is DSP, the Mach3 and PCI Ncstudio are optional.
9.80mm diameter, 900mm length 4th axis for rounded materials.
