Main Technology
Degumming Technology
In the edible oils and fats, if the phospholipid content is high, when heated foaming, smoke, smell, and phospholipids at high temperatures due to oxidation of the coke leaving the brown fat, affect the flavor of fried foods. Degumming is based on phospholipid and oil-soluble portion of the protein in the waste water state, but not dissolved in water to form a hydrate after oil principle, crude oil is added to hot water or steam introduced into the heated oil and stirred at a temperature of 50ºC mixed, then rested stratification, separating the aqueous phase, it can remove phospholipids and some protein.
Deacidification Technology
Since free fatty acids on the stability of oil and flavor, so we use alkali neutralization method for the removal of free fatty acids.
Decolorization Technology
Crude oil contains chlorophyll, carotenoid pigments. Chlorophyll is a photosensitizer, affect the stability of oil, grease and other pigments affect the appearance, removal adsorbent.
Deodorization Technology
Some of the non-existence of oil required should smell substances, mainly from oil oxidation products. By vacuum distillation, and citric acid, chelating transition metal ions, inhibit oxidation.
