4.Shipment:
We have strong cooperation with TNT, DHL and UPS, and once we get your order, we can find the lowest shipping cost for you. Or you can have your own forwarder.
a. By TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx
b. By our forwarding agent (by air or by sea);
c. By your own forwarding agent
d. By domestic forwarding agents to any city in China.
5.Lead time:
a. Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 5 working days.
b. General orders will be delivered from our factory within 12 working days.
c. Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 19 working days at most.
6.Warranty:
To CCTV Cameras/ DVRs
a. 2 years, products with your own logo or without logo
Conditions and Terms
a. The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;
b. During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free;
c. The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence or the carelessness or repaired or altered without the authorization.
d. A RMA form will be asked to fill in.
7.Payment Terms(How to purchase products from us ):
We will email you a proforma invoice with our bank information, after your payment, we will arrange the production for your order.
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
a. Usually we accept 100% T/T in advance;
b. Subjected the order amount, we can accept 30% deposit T/T in advance + 70% balance T/T before the shipment.
Note: When you make the payment, please write down the PROFORMA INVOICE (PI) NUMBER on the bank receipt as the reference.
PayPal
4% commission charges will be added into the amount.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
a. L/C is available for the sea transit only. We don't accept L/C for the air transit.
b. On condition that order amount reaches someone then we will accept L/C;
c. We accept L/C at sight only;
8. Information for our VIP customers($100,000/per year):
For warranty:
a.the most we could do is to supply 1%~2% spare parts with all of your orders.
b.Besides, when you have fault products, we need you to send them back to us, and we will afford 50% freight charge.
c.As per our so long experience in producing and selling CCTV Cameras, and this warranty is reasonable. Please consider it.
For payments:
a.Basis on orders forcasts, we only need to get 10%~30% deposit, and the balance is before delivery.
b. Basis on long-term cooperation, we could accept L/C at sight, or make the payment after receipt of B/L copy (only for sea-shipment)
For the price:
We update our full price list one month one time and we often 1%~3% discount if you place a bigger order.
For lead time:
a.we have newly enlarged our housing factory. Before cause we have too big demands on camera housing, and the supply of them delay our lead time.
b.Now everything is going better, and we are going to short the lead time into 7-10 days.
