Product Description
Professional for beveling various mirror and glass with polishing on the side edge, the min. glass size can be 25*25mm.
The input&output adopt Synchronous rise/lower, to make grinding-volume adjustment easy&convenient.
Input&output transmission adopts timing belts, which improve the stability of transmission.
Pneumatic polish at prompt, the processed edges as shinny as glass surface.
PLC control, all the parameters are set by touch screen.
Variable frequency motor for driving, the speed can be adjusted on touch screen directly.
ABB Spindles,Schneider electronic; stainless steel water tank; independent polish tank with automatic stirrer for cerium.
The machine base, beams and base of spindle are made of excellent cast iron, all the cast and steel parts are treated by tempering, ensure the best performance and stability of machines in different area of all over the world.
