Product Description
High-Efficient AAC Block cutting Machine is the main equipment in the production of aerated concrete with output of more than 100, 000 cubic metre per year. Ruiguang cutting machine series, which are designed by our company, because of its' high efficiency and easy operation, the products are widely used home and abroad, and are well accepted by the customers. Through constant technical reformation, our factory has developed aerated concrete cutting machine of various types.
Working Theory of Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine:
The aerated concrete body and the bottom plate are put on the overturn table and moved to the slip table of cutting machine, then they are turned by 90 degree, and the body is moved to the destination. The body is cut in four sides horizontally, and then cut in two sides vertically. The cut body moves from the small slip table to overturn table, and is turned by 90 degree so that it is put on the overturn table. The whole process is automatic.
Purpose of Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine:
The cutting machine is applicable for cutting the aerated concrete body, which has been hardened and released from mould.
Performance and Feature of Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine:
1. Compact structure, easy operation and maintenance;
2. Cross cutting and vertical cutting finished once;
3. 6-side cutting of the blank, product precision in accordance with GB/T 11969-1997;
4. All waste materials shall be reclaimed, by which secondary pollution will not be resulted in;
5. Blank not conglutinated;
6. Lead screw drive used in cross-section cut, solving out-of-step of fluid drive;
7. Big pulley cart, small pulley cart used to promote and to install gears, rack solution of sync problem;
8. With equipments to replace steel wire rapidly;
9. No bowtie and crack.
