Product Description
I. Applicable Scope
The instruction is applicable to abrasion-resistant plastic refractory for the circulating fluidized bed boiler. The material can also be used for other chemical industrial furnace if there is a similar condition.
II. Packing and Store
1. The product is divided into three parts: mixing materials, coagulator and bonding agent. The mixing materials are packed with the plastic woven bags and each bag weighs 25kg. The coagulator is packed separately with the small plastic bag and then the small bags are put into the plastic woven bags. The coagulator is distributed according to the total consignment. The bonding agent is liquid, so it is put into the plastic barrel. The weight of each barrel is 30kg.
2. The store should be rain proof and moisture proof. The coagulator should not be affected with damp. Once there is agglomeration, the coagulator can not be used.
3. The material is valid within six months. If the period of validity is over, the material can not be used until it is tested again.
III. Construction Machines and Caution before the construction
1. Forced mixer should be used to mix the material. Clean the mixer completely before construction or when replacing different materials, in order to avoid polluting the quality of the materials. Use different mixer to mix the abrasion-resistant plastic refractory and HF series of casting materials.
2. The on-site temperature of the construction should be controlled within 10ºC to 30ºC. When the temperature is below 10ºC, heat preservation measures should be carried out; when it is over 30ºC, use the cooling measures; construction in rainy days need rain-proof measures.
3. Before construction, clean up the construction sites to prevent the sundries being mixed in the materials.
4. Before construction, insulation nails can not be used until they are checked eligible. Install a layer of heat-resistance stainless steel net over the construction. Use the Φ6mm heat-resistance reinforcing steel bar to form the gridding of 120mm×120mm. The distance between the net and the protecting coat of the surface of the materials is at least 25mm to 30mm.
5. Before the construction of the plastic refractory, paint a layer of asphalt on the heat-resistance nail or steel grid. The thickness of the asphalt is 0.5mm to 1mm.
IV. Mixing of the Materials
1. According to the construction distribution ratio, pour the mixing materials and the coagulator into the mixer to mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the required bonding agent into the mixing to mix for 3 to 5 minutes. Use them after mixing equally.
2. The adding amount of the bonding agent depends on the site application.
3. Adjust the amount of the material according to the amount of the construction personnel and the construction schedule. The mixed materials must be used up within 40 minutes. The adding of the bonding agent for the second time is never permitted. The initial setting materials should be discarded.
4. The addition of the bonding agent is 7-9% (weight ratio)
5. The addition of the coagulator lies in the temperature of the environment. The higher the temperature is, the less the addition amount of the coagulator
