Usage
This product is a carhamidine vulcanizating accelerator for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber. Similar activation with accelerator D, operation is safe when temperature comply with requirements. The critical temperature of DOTG is 141 centidegree, when temperature is reaching vulcanizating requirement especially beyond 141centidegree, high activation can be obtained and excellent flatness performance can be founded. It is mainly applicable to thick wall articles, tread rubber, buffer layer and rubber roll coving etc.
The common consumption is 0.8-1.5 proportions as first accelerator and 0.1-0.5 proportion as second thiazole accelerator.
