Acrylic acid and ester
I. Physical property:
Acrylic acid is a colorless, transparent and slightly irritant liquid; methyl acrylate is a colorless and transparent liquid and has odor similar to alliaceous odor; ethyl acrylate is a colorless liquid and has pungent penetrating odor; butyl acrylate is a colorless liquid.

III. Application:
Acrylic acid: used to produce acrylic ester, polyacrylic acid and salt.
Methyl acrylate: used for the second monomer of polyacrylonitrile fiber and adhesion agent.
Ethyl acrylate: Mainly for various adhesion agents in fabric processing and the main raw material for producing acrylic rubber.
N-butyl acrylate: used for organic intermediate, binding agent, emulsifier and painting.
IV. Packaging:
Acrylic acid: Generally with 220PPm polymerization inhibitors; the product is stored in a shady, cool and ventilated warehouse and should keep far away from tinder and heat sources; product packaging shall be sealed as required. The temperature in the warehouse should not be higher than 25ºC and lower than 15ºC. Due to its corrosiveness, acrylic acid can be stored only in glass containers, stainless steel containers or polyethylene-lined containers; polyethylene-lined containers can be used only for short-term storage.
Methyl acrylate: Generally with 15PPm polymerization inhibitors; the product is stored in a shady, cool and ventilated warehouse and should keep far away from tinder and heat sources; product packaging should be sealed as required. The temperature in the warehouse should not be higher than 25ºC.
Ethyl acrylate: Generally with 15PPm polymerization inhibitors; the product is stored in a shady, cool and ventilated warehouse and should keep far away from tinder and heat sources; product packaging shall be sealed as required. The temperature in the warehouse shall not be higher than 25ºC.
N-butyl acrylate: Generally with 15PPm polymerization inhibitors; product is stored in a shady, cool and ventilated warehouse and should keep far away from tinder and heat sources; product packaging should be sealed as required. The temperature in the warehouse should not be higher than 25ºC.
V. Storage and transportation: Three packaging and transportation modes including train tanker, automobile tanker and barrel (200L).
