Product Description
Elastomeric pure acrylic waterproofing coating.

XL-AWC is a technologically advanced, single component, fire retardant, thixotropic, thick acrylic latex coating uniquely Formulated for the protection of sprayed-in place polyurethane foam, and other waterproofing material. It was specifically Developed as a protective coating for sprayed polyurethane foam surfaces. The thixotropic nature of XL-AWC permits uniform High build coverage, even on rough, textured or vertical surfaces, without pinholing or sagging. It also has excellent Adhesion to a variety of other substrates, such as, primed wood, primed metal, concrete and masonry. It is alternative of Polyurethane coating, EDPM membrane rolls, SBS modified asphalt sheet, solvent type waterproofing coating, etc.
XL-AWC provides an excellent protective membrane that remains flexible even under adverse conditions.
