[Conformation Points]· Waterproof base: Steel structure base, cement mortar or concrete base, internal and external angles should be in the form of circular arch, internal angle diameter should be bigger than 50mm, external angle diameter bigger than 10mm. For base cracks and grooves at the pipe end, sealing material should be filled and addition waterproof treatment should be made.
· Film-coated waterproof layer: In case of multi-coating protection, thickness of each film coating should not be smaller than 1.5mm; For one-coating protection, thickness should not be smaller than 2mm. It can be separate film-coated waterproof conformation, and a layer of base reinforcement material can also be added according to actual engineering situation or design requirements.
[Construction Points]· Base treatment: Base should be firm, solid, leveled, without sharp angles, and free from rust, oil stain or obvious water stain. The internal and external angles are made into circular arch using cement mortar or sealant, internal angle diameter should be bigger than 50mm, external angle diameter bigger than 10mm. For base cracks and grooves at the pipe end, sealing material should be filled and addition waterproof treatment should be made.
· Base treatment agents: To increase bonding power, normally base treatment agents should be coated. Base agents can be prepared at site by using waterproof paint diluted with water, 50% water addition is suggested. Special accessory base treatment agents can be adopted for special bases. Base treatment agents usage is about 0.3kg/m2.
· Detail addition waterproof coating: Before bedding face waterproof construction, coat 2-, 4 ti, mes of paint onto details such as cullis, gutter, internal and external angles, root part of pipes and base cracks, etc. (thickness not smaller than 1mm), make additional waterproof layer; When adding a layer of base reinforcement material, the base should be between film coating.
· Waterproof coating: 1.5mm~2mm-thick film coating should be coated 3~4 times into film former. Next coating must be done after previous coating is dried (normally at 6~12 hours interval), the coating direction should be perpendicular to each other. If needing to add base reinforcement material, base material should be flat, with no corrugation or permeation, thickness of lower base film coating of the base should not be smaller than 1mm, and thickness of upper film coating should not be smaller than 0.5mm.
· Finishing coating: To improve plainness and cleanness of film surface and dirt-resistance, Yuhong Brand HCA-103 crylic acid waterproof paint should be painted, with usage being 0.3kg/m2.
