Adhesive paper laminating Machinery
The machine is special equipment for producing gold-card and silver-card paper, pearlyustre-card paper, self-adhesive coating. Its products are used for out package of the high-quality cigarette, drink, cosmetic, daily necessities, trade marks etc. It has the advantages of automatic loading system, automatic rewinding and unwinding system, frequency converter etc.
It will coating a thin sillicon oil on the laminated paper roll first. And then go to laminating section.

3.1 Comma coating roll diameterΦ215mmx1350mm, Hard chromium plating on the surface of the roller, mirror processed, 1pc.
3.2 Rubber press roll diameter Φ140mmx1350mm, adopt butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber 1pc.
3.3 Press rubber roll clutch was pneumatic driven type. The air cylinder diameter isΦ63mmx75mm (stroke), the air volume could be adjusted freely.
3.4 Comma scraper roll diameter: Φ148mmx1350mm, Hard chromium plating on the surface of the roller, mirror processed, 1pc.
3.5 Comma scraper roll clutch adopts pneumatic swing arm type. Cylinder diameter Φ63mmx25mm (stroke), the air volume could be adjusted freely. Micro-adjustment device was equipped on the swing arm. The glue volume (thickness) was controlled by the dial gauge.
3.6 Comma blade coating scale: 10g-500g/m2. It depends on the actual glue density.
3.7 The glue tank is made of steel plate; the surface was plated by white zinc. And the adjustment is done by mechanical or manual. The adjustment scale is 60mm.
3.8 The glue plate could be moved up and down by manual. And it is easy for cleaning.
3.9 The glue blocking board is made of PTFE material, 2sets.
3.10 Glue box is made of stainless steel material.
3.11 Drive motor of comma coating roll: 2.2kw, with cycloid speed reducer, 1set
3.12 Drive motor 2.2kw, frequency inverter control, 1set.
3.13 Operating length of comma coating for workers: 1.2m, with guardrail.
3.14 Comma coating frame material: it consists of structural steel, steel plate and casting iron.
